  • Confidence is a belief in oneself, one’s abilities, and one’s judgment. It is the feeling of trust in one’s own abilities, qualities, and judgment. Confidence is the ability to face challenges and uncertainty with a sense of belief that you can handle them and come out with success and achievement.
  • Confidence can be developed through a variety of experiences and situations, including overcoming challenges, accomplishing goals, receiving positive feedback, and learning from mistakes. It is important to note that confidence is not the same as arrogance or overconfidence, which can be dangerous to personal and professional relationships.
  • A confident person is usually seen as someone who is calm, positive, and comfortable in making their own personality and behavior. They are not afraid to take risks or make decisions, and they are often seen as leaders who inspire others to follow their leadership qualities. They always have a can-do attitude towards most of the areas of their and as well as other’s life.

  • Negative self-talk: A negative inner voice can constantly criticize and undermine a person’s self-esteem, leading to feelings of self-doubt as they will say most of the time (why did this happen to me?) Change this phrase into (I will try not to make this happen again).
  • Past failures or rejection: Experiencing failures or rejection in the past can create a fear of failure or rejection in the future, leading to a lack of confidence in one’s own abilities.
  • Lack of experience or knowledge: When a person lacks experience or knowledge in a particular area, they may feel unsure of themselves and doubt their abilities which can be easily changed after some time.
  • Comparing oneself to others: Constantly comparing oneself to others can lead to feelings of weakness and a lack of confidence in one’s own abilities and strengths.
  • Perfectionism: The belief that everything has to be perfect can create high expectations that are impossible to meet, leading to feelings of insufficiency and a lack of confidence.

Face your Fears:-  It’s not easy to face our fears but we have to face our own fears like talking with strangers on the roads(we feel how he or she will think about us) and swimming in the water(we feel very scared when we a newbie or beginner that swimming is too hard to learn but once we practice swimming each and every single day it’s just like an everyday activity. Challenge yourself to do things that scare you the most and with practice, you will be able to do that activity with ease.
  • 2. Set Goals:-Set your goals every single day for what you want to achieve otherwise your automatic habit of scrolling social media apps will ruin your day and at the end of the day, you have nothing but just to sleep, set your goals every single morning, break down into smaller pieces and try to achieve your goals, step by step.

For example:- I want to learn web development basics (a longer goal which I will split into steps)

  • 1:- Find the youtube channel or search on Google.
  • 2:-Search what are the basics of web development like HTML and CSS
  • 3:- I will find which youtube channel will be the most suitable to learn from it, in my case code with Harry.
  • 4:- start learning the basics  like HTML
  • 5:- take the rest in between and start learning again.
  • 6:- Once you finish the lesson, you will be more confident as from now onwards as you can design your own web page with the help of HTML.  
  • 3:- Learn New Skills:- Learning extra skills will always be a plus point in your life as you will be more confident after learning a new skill. Take courses, read books, or attend workshops to improve your skills day by day and step by step.
  • For example:- I use the Duolingo app daily to improve my English in a funny and in gamify way, learning a new language will always be a plus point in everyone’s life, it is giving me the confidence to speak English words without hesitation, and I only spend my spare time to learn English from Duolingo app and hurray, I have added a new language to my life and after I will finish learning English, my goal is to add any other European language to my kind brain as it has unlimited powers, but we need to unlock it, but we are busy most of the time in scrolling social media like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.Use your time well so that your life will be useful like mark zuckerberg, bill gates, elon musk, etc.
  • 4. Surround yourself with positive people:- Time is limited to feeling bad or negative so always be with positive people.
  •  who will motivate you to do the good work?
  • who will encourage you to do hard work,
  • who will give you happiness whenever you feel bad,
  •  who will play with you in your spare time 
  • who is going to travel with you?
  •  and remember to make them also feel positive whenever you are with them.
  • 5.Practice self-care:- Take care of your physical and mental health as at the end of the day all needs rest to be happy, and healthy and live our life peacefully.
  • Take a short 15-minute nap in the afternoon to recover from your daily work, believe me, it will make you as cool as delicious ice cream.
  • Do 15 minutes of exercise regularly:-  do 5 minutes of walking in the morning as you have slept for  almost 8 hours at night and now you have to walk a little to start your amazing day,
  •  do 5 minutes of squats in the afternoon with breaks in between like 50 squats then a break and then again 50 squats.
